Mark also advises on consumer and competition law, alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, corporate structures, franchising agreements, employment and consultancy contracts.
His practice extends to all aspects of property law and property transactions, including revenue law, the purchase, sale and leasing of property and property development.
Mark has been the honorary lawyer for the Ted Whitten Foundation (since its inception) which has raised millions of dollars for research into prostate cancer.
Mark was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1982.
